Welcome to the Renty marketplace for Sri Lanka . By using the Site you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. "Renty", "we", "us", and "the Site" refer to the platform operator.

Your agreement

Using the Site means acceptance of the current Terms. If you disagree, stop using the Site. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version.

Bookings and providers

Renty is a marketplace interface. The car rental provider shown in the booking flow supplies the vehicle and performs the rental service. Provider terms and pricing may apply. Subject to applicable law, disputes about the rental should generally be raised with the provider first.

User duties

  • provide accurate information
  • keep account credentials secure if you register
  • use the Site lawfully
  • avoid fraudulent reservation requests

Restricted conduct

You must not scrape the Site for commercial reuse, bypass security, overload systems, impersonate others, or collect personal data from users without authorisation. We may suspend access where reasonably needed, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual property

Site content belongs to Renty or licensors. You may view it for personal, non commercial use. Other use requires permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee complete listings or uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Renty limits liability for indirect or consequential loss. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may restrict access for breach or legal need. Surviving clauses continue as applicable.
